Sheila Bullas is founder and Director of Health Strategies (link to Web site:
www.sbullas.demon.co.uk)
: an independent consultancy company specialising in all aspects of health
strategy and policy. She is particularly interested in large, complex and
innovative programmes that integrate business, financial and human resource
strategies supported by health informatics. She is author of research papers and
books on various aspects of Health Informatics. Recent assignments include:
- Developing and implementing the NHS Executive Positively Diverse programme
for improving working lives of NHS staff through implementing equality
policies
- Developing strategy, preparing business case and negotiating agreements
for IS aspects of a PFI hospital build project
- Developing and gaining commitment to Local Implementation Strategies for
the NHS Executive Information Strategy
- input to the MSc Health Informatics programme at University of Surrey in
areas of business and IS strategy and organisational development and change
